Good morning everyone,

I hope all is well in your worlds.

Every now and again we'll have a customer's who buys and pays for an item, but asks to hold dispatch for one reason or another, and then we receive 'overdue dispatch' notifications. Does this reflect badly on us and if so is there a way to work around it?

Thanks all,

Melina.

yes, it affects your dsr.....if you have the message from the buyer, requesting that you hold, you need to let ebay know...then they will remove the late postage rating

Yes, I thought so. Thanks for confirmation. It's a bit of a trap isn't it.

Deary me. Do the right thing. Keep the buyer happy and be penalised for it. Not complaining, really. It just seems a bit silly where there's no option to note why dispatch is being held, although I know there must be checks and balances.

Thanks heaps Twyn. Appreciate it.

Melina.
