Buyer unable to request total

I have a customer who would like to purchase multiple items, but on adding them to her cart, she does not have the 'request total' option.

I have my settings set to combine postage.

Does anyone know why the 'request total' option would be unavailable & where I should go from here?

If they are using the phone it does not show the request total option

Tell them to buy from a PC and the option for request total will show.

Blasted APPS are not all they are cracked up to be most of the time 😞

I think the buyer figured it out on her own in the end, thankfully.

So many frustrating things happening with eBay at the moment.. making it harder & harder to sell.

Thanks for explaining that. I reckon almost every buyer of mine who tries to combine comes back to me saying they can't do it. It gets annoying.

I agree it is, but if they get sold on ebay then no doubt the buyer will open a not as described case for the wrong colour
