how do i change an invoice to customer to remove the postage

HI all

I have accepted an offer and sent the invoice which included postage. I read the offer incorectly as the buyer wanted free postage. How do I send my customer a new invoice that has free postage.

It's up to you as an offer made means the offer plus postage.

But if the buyer made an offer and then asked in a message for free postage to be part of the offer that's different and still up to you if you want to accept it or not.

Select send invoice, put 0.00 in the postage section and send.

DO NOT click recalculate, that reverts it back to the original.
