Hi, i'm trying to list an item. I use the sell button on the menu, input item name and when i press sell it it does nothing.

Are you on a computer or the app?

Which browser are you using?

Have you tried signing out and back in, clearing cache etc?

I've just listed an item ok here (using a laptop with Chrome as browser)

Hi, using pc, firefox and IE. Logged in and out, cleared cache, cookies.

Still does nothing - not sure why this is happening

Might be down to being 'Fiddle Friday' for ebay, lots of glitches are very common on Fridays

I never had any luck using IE for ebay, not used firefox though

Hope it works out soon

It could be a script issue with the button. On the page where you enter the item name, underneath is a couple of links (Browse categories and Recently used categories) - try one of those instead to take you to the category menu and see if you can continue from there.

If you are using Seller Hub do you scroll to the bottom of the page after selecting Get started or Search and

select continue without selecting a product?
