We were made a recent, serious offer to take our remaining listings 'off our plate.' It amounted to about two thirds of cost, but was offered in a polite way. I responded appropriately and also included that there was still thousands to go.

Response: 'Thousands? Wow, that's a hell of a habit. Too many even for me and I'm wealthy. What if I was to throw in a night out at the venue (Melbourne) of your choosing the next time you're in town?'

Thanks Chris (I hope you're male), for your kind offer. Your wealth is a temptation for sure, but I sorta think the deal might cause something to break here with my bloke who's on a very very rusty chain 🙂

Or perhaps, should I live life a bit on the edge .... lol.
