I offer great customer service and post out with 24 hours of payment. To my regular buyers I add something in their parcel which doesn't cost very much and it might be left over old stock or&nbsp;1 of a packet of something that might make them come back and buy next time, but the customer really appreciates a freebie. I read a lot in the early stages how to be successful and customer service was one of the main factors plus I have a passion for what I sell and I buy what I like and it seems to work. I even sell to overseas buyers 2-3 times a week. I hope this helps.
