AP label printing is down

Tried to print an AP parcel label through ebay last night and could not (still failing this morning).

I could only select the appropriate parcel type but no $ value came up and the label could not be paid for or printed.

I contacted CS and they reported that they'd heard of other instances and the issue had been reported to the techs.

I've tried with Firefox and also Chrome with identical results.

Has everyone had trouble with this or is it a random glitch only applying to individual accounts?

Not sure if it's been sorted or still happening, but labels seem to be working for me. I got the pricing up, but didn't click to create the label so can't confirm beyond that. (I use Opera).

Thanks Digi, still not working for me in any browser like Firefox, Chrome or Opera (haven't tried IE though).

Looks like it's either an account or server related issue.

This is just so damned frustrating! It's been down for almost 24hrs now.

I'll probably have to use MyPost by the looks of things but I wanted a parcel type not available there.

Oh well, looks like it's only some accounts affected; aren't I just the lucky ducky!

Apparently it's a known issue which they are working on with no ETA for the fix.

Let's just hope it's sometime before Christmas
