Just beware of the buyer, details as following:

Unpaid item!!!! Never sell anything to her! Ebay does not allow to leave negtive feedback to her.

any personal/private info of customers can't be shared to public, best to delete your post before ebay comes and gives you a scolding!

Did you open an unpaid item case against this person?

If not, not only do you lose all your fees, the 'buyer' gets away 100% scot free

If you report it, at least they get a non payment strike once you close the case after 4 days

As others have stated but also why don't you make immediate payment required with your BIN listings then there won't be any unpaid items.

Ebay don't read here, but if a mod from the company who runs the forum sees it, it will end the same way

Ebay will however have something to say about the postive green dot with the neg feedback which is against the rules

All that does is give the non payer ANOTHER green tick. ,another positive

What if the person has had an accident and is in hospital ?

You have broken the rules by posting someones details here and potentially been slanderous.

You have also left a false pos which is also against the rules and the buyer can have it removed in an instant.

Putting personal details here doesn't inform anyone of who the buyer is anyway, so that is totally futile.

Learn the procedures of selling first then you will see your current actions are a waste of time.

As suggested use BIN's and you won't have any non payers.

If you continue with auctions always use the unpaid cases and set your buyer blocks to eliminate serial non payers.

Apart from breaking all the rules regarding privacy and policy about naming & shaming here, there are procedures already in place to deal with non-payers.

1. Send the buyer a polite message reminding them they have not paid.

2. If there is no repsonse then after 4-days you can open an Unpaid Item Dispute (UID).

3. If there is still no pyment then after a further 4-days you can close the dispute, at which point the buyer receives a strike against their account.

If at any point during the above they should pay then process the order as usual.

If they reply requesting a cancellation of the order you may choose to do that and cancel the order before you open a UID.

Your fees wil then also be refunded upon cancellation. Choose the reson that the buyer requested the cancellation.

If they request cancellation of the order after you have opened the UID then you cannot cancel and you have to allow the UID to run to its conclusion.

You receive your fees back after the UID is closed by you and the buyer cannot leave you any feedback.

If they happen to leave you bad feedback before you opened the UID then ebay will remove the feedback after the case is closed.

Ensure you have your preferences set up to auto-block buyers who have 2 or more non-payment strikes against their account in a 12-month period. This elimantes most of the non-payers from buying/bidding from you in the first place.

Feel free to add the buyer's ID to your blocked buyers list (BBL) as well if you wish.

They also don't permit leaving a negative comment with positive feddback for the buyer. If the buyer complains you will be the one to get a policy violation slap.

Do it the proper way and open an "unpaid item dispute" then if the buyer doesn't pay THEY get a strike and you get your fees back.

We all make mistakes, especially when new and either ill informed or uninformed. You’ve been chastised a bit here, but honestly, for your own good. Now, don’t go away and never come back. I promise you, these forums and the knowledgeable people within are your greatest resource and asset if you intend to sell here long term.

You seem to be pretty well set up and it looks like you’ll have some nice items to offer. You can be a good, reputable seller, but it amounts to a lot more than just listing items and waiting for the cha-ching. Selling here can be very testing at times and a cool, thinking head, and well informed predisposition with eBay are pre-requisites if you are to be successful. Take the time to study the processes and the rules as they apply to all of us as responsible sellers. It’s imperative for you that you do.

If there is something you are not sure of, come here and ask the question first. I promise, you’ll always receive valuable assistance.

i havent had many non payers but have found setting up the automatic system for non payers is best, just let ebay do the work.

it gives the buyer a few days to pay then sends them a reminder email then after some days if still unpaid gives them a 'strike' and allows me to relist the item.

if the get a few 'strikes' they will find buting from lots of sellers impossible.

you should also have your 'blocks' set to stop non payers from buying from you.
