topic limit per customer in Selling

limit per customer

One buyer bought 4pcs of beanie from me last week, and today she tried to buy another 8, but she sent a message to me saying the system only allowed her to buy 6 cause there is limit of 10 per customer per week.

I am getting confused, I've never set this limit, how can I cancel it?

Add the buyer's eBay ID to your buyer requirement exemption list. Then ask them try again.

To ensure it doesn't apply to anyone else, go to My eBay > account > site preferences > buyer requirements and you should be able to untick the box for this block (I can't remember the exact wording but it says something like block buyers who may purchase x items and not pay for them).
