I accepted this offer, sold the requied amount and presto. The offer has disappered from my history and ebay has no record of me acepting it. They want a screenshot as proof. Anyone else been stung ?

I accepted the offer but didn't list or sell $100 worth but any offer generally sits in history on the promotional

page,(not this one as it's completely gone).

hi everyone i urge you and everyone else to make a complaint via the consumer watchdog https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/complaints-problems/make-a-consumer-complaint

If enough people start sending in complaints then they will investigate even if we dont have proof as ebay is saying. There is nothing in the terms and conditions that says that we need to keep a screen shot. Again please make a complaint

Ebay are immune to any complaints made,I've been there done that and nothing good luck
