How do you complete a Pickup Only transaction when collected?

Hi there,

So I just has a buyer collect a bulky item that was listed as Pickup Only. He'd already paid for it via PayPal.

There's no action to say that the buyer has collected the item. So I marked it as sent instead, then left feedback. I took a photo of his DL just in case there was an issue.

Why isn't there an action that states the item has been collected? Did I do this the correct way?

I just do the same and mark as sent.

Marked as sent is the same as buyer collected.

So the transaction in now completed.

I don't know if it makes any difference but I mark it as picked up by

click on myebay and it opens myebay page
click Activity then select Sell from drop down menu
items are listed under Selling to-dos
if item was sold as Local Pick Up then down arrow on item brings up “add tracking” and “mark as picked up” and “Sell similar” ect

if it was sold as free post or postage cost it has “mark as sent”
