I assume you mean that you have the 21-day hold applied due to not selling frequently enough to meet minimum requirements.

If you have tracking on the parcels then you can call PayPal and present them with the tracking data showing the items as delivered.

They should release your funds earlier than the 21-days in this case.

Otherwise I think you have little choice but to wait 21-days untils your funds are released before you can withdraw.

I hope you don't have any problems with your sale apart from the 21 days hold.

You could have asked for cash on pickup then there wouldn't be any hold on your payment.

I hope your buyer is an honest buyer and doesn't try to scam you?

If it was the pick-up item you can also refer Paypal to the feedback left by the buyer that shows their were no problems with the transaction.

Ah yes good idea padi,the buyer says no problems with the transaction but seller be aware later down the track if or when the buyer decides to open a case for item not as described as it could or might break down and not work.

This is just a speculation on my behalf and may never happen but I'm just putting it out there as it has happened many times.

I would never accept paypal as a payment for a pickup item.

If the buyer tried to open a Paypal case, because it was a pick-up item they are very limited in what they can claim.
