I am attempting to upload some new items from Turbolister but the following error message returns for all iems.

"Postage cost cannot be calculated when item is located outside US. Use flat rate postage"

I am in Australia and on the Ebay Australia site. Yes, item is outside the US.

International postge from Aust depends on buyers destinations.

What box haven't I ticked correctly? I have put these up exactly the same as all my previous listings?

Try not offering international if it is selected and see if that helps. You can always add it later.

Thanks I tried that but I get additional error messages that say invalid ZIP code and no item location when that is wrong.

Turbolister appears to think I'm now in the USA. I'm not! This is the eBay Australia site...with an Australian valid postcode.

I want to list new items but can't. This is very frustrating!

I worked it out.

Under postage options and then location I have somehow changed to United States.

Even though it is the eBay Australia site with all Australian postage options coming up etc

and the correct postcode.

Though I did just update Turbolister. Maybe it was in there somehow.

I would not be surprised if turbolister makes a few changes on its own.
