How do you sell a digital PDF file?

I basically have a cookbook that I am wanting to sell digitally on ebay. it is a PDF format and just wondering how i create a list that will send the file straight to the customers email?

I don't think you are allowed to sell ebooks anymore on eBay

You can't - digital downloads aren't allowed on eBay Australia. You can sell them if they're in a physical format (CDr or USB stick) and send the file digitally as well, but not sell the file alone. You can list digital goods on eBay.com (the US site).
