I get a lot of time wasting questions/messages - how do I mark them as replied, so I can focus on legitimate inquiries?

To the right of the item in your selling list is a small drop down menu.

Select mark as answered.

You can also access this option from the seller hub - under the listings menu, it will have a menu with 'create listings, drafts, active listings'. Under the active listings sub-menu is "with questions". Click on "with questions", and all of the items will be on the next screen, with "respond" on the left and a dropdown menu - click the drop down menu and select "mark as answered".

Unfortunately you still can't select multiple items and mark all as answered.
