Adding a returns policy to an item

I'm returning to eBay after a long break and finding it very difficult to list an item for sale. My issue now is that I have completed my listing, but when I submit it, it gives me an error - 'Returns Policy missing. The item already shows that 'no Returns' in the Preference section, so what else do I need to do to allow me to list an item.

Try going to "my eBay" page Account/Site Preferences, scroll down to see "return Policies", Click "edit" and see if you need to change something there. I just had a look at one of my listings and I cannot see an opt out for returns only a selection that say "domestic Returns" and "International Returns" make sure you have not ticked either of those boxes.

Thanks for the reply. I've done what you suggested but still can't list an item for sale. Ebay used to be so easy to sell on, but not anymore.

Like Kopes has said, your listing is now clearly saying "no returns", so I guess something worked in the end.
