ebay label not printing

Had an order today & when I tried to print the label on ebay, it was just blank. No label to print. On the advice of ebay CS, I tried it in internet explorer and it worked fine. Just letting people know to try another browser if they encounter a similar problem.

Same thing happened to me earlier this week and has happened again. That was the advice I was given from CS and did work.

I have noticed I only have issues with labels that are click and collect. All other labels work perfectly in chrome.

The frustrating part is I tried it on a couple of orders and of course then had to go and cancel the labels. That is fine and I understand the waiting time for a refund but it amounted to $40.00 so will come off next months bill.

I download them and print through acrobat.

Still does not work as the label is actually blank even when you download.

Although the label is created and you are charged the label is just plain blank. As I mentioned this is only occuring in Chrome for Click and Collect orders.

Yes, same here. It's very strange. I don't offer click and collect, so there is some other reason they fail to generate.
