You can set your 'Unsold' folder to show the last 60 days. That's it, eBay don't hold them any longer than that.

If you use Turbolister, they stay there for yonks. Not sure how long, but it's considerably more than 60 days.

I save the text of my listings in Notepad and the pics on my computer; that way I can recreate a listing in about a minute.

Turbo Lister saves them forever, since the data is held on your computer and has nothing to do with eBay.

In Selling Manger, it gives you the option to show unsold items from the last 90 days. Not sure if that means they're all relistable, though. I remember reading that after 90 days or so, items are perminantly deleted from eBay's server.
