    <description>&lt;P&gt;Try using the "have us call you back" option in help and see if they can change it. Otherwise chose the option to provide your own return label instead of ebay's autoamted australia post return system. It will cost a few dollars more, but better than getting the item sent to the wrong address.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Problem with issueing refund</title>

      <description>I need to refund a buyer however the address ebay has for me is incorrect. (Now corrected) i have emailed the buyer detailing that the address given is wrong and telling her my new one. BUT the system when i try to agree to a refund is asking me to confirm the incorrect address and wont let me change it.</description>
