Traffic Reports Not Working

Anyone else having problems using traffic reports on eBay?

For the last 2 years it just takes me to this page http://pages.ebay.com.au/storefronts/omniture-auth-error.html

Not to mention Customer Service are no help at all, they tell me to email the Omniture Company, which doesn't work because my details are apparently incorrect in there webform.

Completely out of ideas, anyone have any solutions?
