New account - payment details

Hi there. I have opened a new account and am having trouble adding my payment details. To update Automatic Payment Method it says "pls create a seller's account" & when I click on "create seller's account", it says "site cannot be reached". Also cant add a saved payment method as they have taken away the edit button to do so.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks Kopes! All sorted. The payment method didnt appear till I did my first listing and the checkout method when I buy my first item. Much appreciated!
