Request to change order after paying

Hi

I have a buyer who has purchased two items and paid for them on a combined invoice. Now they have asked if I can change one of the items for another item (same $$ but different size). I'm fine to do this but how do I do it so that there is a paper trail and so that it is reflected in my inventory and in PayPal?

You need to contact the seller through your Puchase History to sort that out.
