Buyers address missing State and cannot update

Hi I have just noticed Ebay has changed how we post items,

My buyer did not have a state included on their address so I added the correct one but it would not save and told me I couldn't change it. So tried to create the label without it. Error again..... I have contacted the Buyer hoping they will update their address. Ebay used to be fun selling odd items - now it's just hard work..... Okay my whinge is over. 🙂

My experience is that if the address is incorrect there is an option to edit it. That could, of course, have changed with the current system. I doubt the buyer working out where they live will help, though. Those sorts of changes normally aren't retrospective.

Another reason to stop using eBay 'postage'.
