Bulk Edit International postage

I am having issues with bulk editing international postage.

It keeps coming up and saying "Please provide the correct information in the highlighted fields."

I have attached a screen snip.

I enter in all the fields and when I choose Save & Close it comes up with that. It does it for all postage services. If I choose to edit individual it works but I have over 3000 items and doing them individually will be very time consuming.

I can buld edit Australian postage no problems as well as other fields, it is just the international postage that I'm having issues with.

I can't see the attachment, it just loads a blank page for me.

Well I can see the snip and the questions "Post to" and "Services" have not been completed - what did you put in there?

I chose Worldwide & Australia Post International Standard (I have also tried other services) once I click Save & Close it shows what I put in the screen snip. I have tried it multiple times on different days. Still the same thing. If I choose edit lists individually it works but not in bulk.
