Ebay gave me a 10% discount on a $100+ ebay purchase after a buyer pulled out of a sale. This was about 4-5 months back. Where do I redeem this? I can't find any reference to it

Select purchase history and change the drop down menu at the top from 60 days to 2019.

Most ebay discount vouchers have a limited life.....I suspect yours has long since expired.

Did you bother to read the Terms when you received it?

I have probably misunderstood you as having purchased something.

If you were given a voucher by ebay, as stated by lyndal they usually have a limited time being short term.

And you usually have to include the discount code at checkout I think.
