I keep getting "Oops, it looks like you missed something. Please fix the problem below." but no items are in red or have a notation. ??? Help please.

I'm not sure but I'll take a guess and maybe because you're a new seller you have a limit at the amount you're allowed to list?

Those number plates may have taken you over your limit?

Can the limit be changed

If in fact that's the issue then the only way the limit can be changed is if you already have another established selling account.
