Can’t print eBay shipping label

I'm trying to print out a postage label but it gives a message: "Something went wrong. Sorry, an error occurred while loading the page. Please try again" I have tried using 4 different browsers but it won't work. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Same here - although when I go to the print label page the postage costs (for Aust Post) comes up as $0.00 rather than the usual $14.00 or whatever. Spoke with eBay who said they will follow up.

Clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer will often solve those problems - I use Firefox and Chrome.

Not in this case - when I spoke with eBay they too acknowledged the problem was at their end.

did you end up finding a solution? I am having the same problem and I think it's bc the buyer has puta long parcel locker address that ebay and Aus post don't seem to like....
