Reprint postage label function not working?

Unable to reprint postage labels. The page does not load correctly. I have tried 4 different browsers and cleared cache and cookies but problem still exists. Have reported it to Ebay. Anyone else have this issue? All other label functions working fine.

I think there is a 24 hour time limit on reprints, so that might be the reason. Otherwise I can't help, sorry.

I download the labels and print from Acrobat. Much better, imo, as you have a copy of the label if needed.

Never works for me either. I was advised once by ebay to just cancel the old label and print a new one. So that's what I do now.

Absoutely do this. Having a copy of the label gives you the ability to easily reprint, and also allows workarounds for certain issues.
