Return obligations for sellers

What are my obligations as a seller to return items? I’m very meticulous with showing photos of an items condition. Unfortunately in this instance I had a BNWT skirt (item had genuinely not been worn since purchase) that when I sold it I did not notice a minor amount of stitching in the seam was unravelled hence did not describe this in the item description, noting unfortunately this would have been a manufacturing fault rather than a wear and tear fault.

What are my obligations as a seller with returning such an item? Am I allowed to state that they must pay for shipping however I’ll return the cost of the item?

If the buyer has opened a case for Not As Described then you should accept the return & provide a label.

If the item is not as described you have to pay the return postage, not the buyer.

Only when it is a change of mind return does the buyer pay the postage.
