Bulk Feedback

Good morning,

Just wondering if anyone else is having issues leaving "Bulk Feedback". On the "Orders" screen , I select the relevant orders and then at the top press "Leave Feedback" and follow through the screens.

The feedback does not get recorded. I have to do every sale individually.

Is this a bug or something just happening for me ?

I have spoken to an Ebay representative and learned that it can take some time for the feedback to process and show as recorded when processing multiple orders at once.

Problem solved.. I need to be more patient.

Noticed some time back that bulk feedback was slow, more likely the powers that be are now filtering every single word through the 'politically correct' algorithm so no one can take offence on a comment.

It's slower the more you do at once (that's probably obvious), but I often have it take up to 24 hrs to process when I do 50 at once.
