why has ebay made rational changes to our preffered payment methods without our consent? not happy as i had set up a ccount specially for this purpose now to find it taken off.

I ONLY HAVE THREE OPTIONS NOW GOOGLE PAY? ACCOUNT AND PAYPAL I CREATED A SPECIAL ACCOUNT AND NOW ITS BEEN REPLACED BY GOOGLE PAY.

NOT HAPPY WITH THE CHANGES AS THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANTED HUST THE ENGINEERS FROM EBAY CREATED THIS MESS

i Did contact ebay and they made the changes without our consent? Shouldnt it be the ebay member to decide if changes are going to be made?not them?

And how am i yelling ?

When you contacted eBay, what exactly did you tell them and what did they say to you?

It sounds like you need to get onto Live Chat again

Make it clear to the rep what you want, many reps just go off a script if a question or request is 'too hard' for them

sorry oh i didnt know that i am new to this and capital letters was the only option at that time.So i didnt mean to offend.

I am just suprised how ebay makes decisions withour our consent.

Thank you for answering my message i wasnt yelling .

I did how ever contact ebay live chat and did make a complaint of the changes they made.The rep told me it was ebay engineers who made the decision and nothing can be changed.My payment methods are now different as i dont have my preffered bank account which i set up for this purpose to pay for my items.

I just was bewiddled as ebay can make changes without our consent its so unfair.

Has anybody else upset with there payment methods?

I have no problems with my payment method as I always use Paypal.

I hope you realise that if you pay a seller by Bank Transfer you have no buyer protection at all............

Perhaps the OP is trying to buy from a seller who has been transferred to Managed Payments.

Bank transfer has been removed from all of our listings since we transferred, and Google pay has been added as a payment option.
