      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sold a Nintendo Switch to a buyer overseas in April. The item was shipped via sea carrier and took 3 months to deliver. During that time eBay decided to refund the buyer and the item has since then delivered. Upon requesting a reimbursement, eBay simiply told me that the case was over 30 days old and that I cannot get paid. Not sure what I can do now apart from accept the loss &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;a product was 2weeks past due ...i complained to seller asking when. no answer...i complained again&amp;nbsp; asking to respond to my earlier complaint... ebay stepped in and issued a refund...the product arrived 3 days later...what to do? it appears strangely automated...there seems to be zero actual communication in the whole episode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
