I'm in Melbourne and at the moment, most nights you can see ads for either buying things on ebay or else for ebay plus (pushing free postage/cheaper prices etc). Maybe with lockdown and so on, the ads have persuaded more people to turn to ebay to have a look at things because a ot of stores are shut.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A lot of newbies probably don't read the terms and conditions properly or else, if they have a new account, don't feel they have anything to lose if they just don't pay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It would be interesting to know what category of people are not paying for OP-whether a lot are new accounts or not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, they removed that option unfortunately. I used to block people with less than 5 feedback with accounts that weren't verified. Once they verified their account, they weren't caught by that block, and that was OK. I used that setting to block guest accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Often it's not low feedback buyers who don't pay. The handful that I've had over the years were all over 1,000. Of course people do get non payers with low feedback, but that wasn't my experience.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
