Ebay charged wrong fees

Ebay charged me wrong fees. I have talked to them 5 times. They told me repeatedly that the wrong fees will be removed and will not appear in my invoice. But today it is in my invoice.

Now ebay says that I must pay the invoice and they can use automatic payment method to charge me.

I am really fed up with the wrong fees. How can I reject ebay automacally charge the wrong fees on me ?

In what way were the fees wrong?

If you had a non paying buyer did you open a dispute to officially get you fees back?

Have you provided them with the transcripts of the 5 chats you have had with them where you were told 5 times the fees would be removed?

Yes, they can see chat history. Every ebay staff talked to me agreed that ebay should remove the wrong charge. They also sent many requests to ebay finance to remve this wrong charge. But it seems that ebay finance simply igored all those requests and just go ahead with the wrong charge.

But what is the wrong charge for?

We cannot help you get it removed if we do not know what it is for.
