How do I submit GST when I am not a business?

I'm a complete 'newbie' seller. I want to sell a couple of things no longer needed that I own. They are not going to be high value items. Most less than $50 (guessing).
I am not a registered business and have no intention to open an eBay store.
How do I submit the GST to the ATO?

You don't!

GST is only applicable to registered businesses who have a turnover of more than $75000 in a rolling 12 month period and are registered for GST.

All you ae liable for is to report your earnings to the ATO where they may or may not be taxable, depending on your circumstances and total income.
