Closed case but paypal still holding funds

Paypal have a hold on funds from a transaction from December. The buyer opened a not received case after a few weeks past but by the next day closed the case saying she had received the item as it had been waiting for at her post office.

I contacted Paypal about the hold and they said the case was still open and I had to contact ebay to rectify. I contacted ebay and they said the case is closed and can see that the person had received it and had left positive feedback. Ebay said they have no hold on these funds so only Paypal can rectify.

Contacting Paypal they are saying no it's ebay's problem and they cant do anything. Need some help/advice on what to do next?

you've 'contacted' PayPal....but have you called them?
