Under the new managed payment system,will Ebay be sending the seller notification of a paid sale?

Currently notifications of paid transactions are sent by Paypal.

Yes. If the buyer doesn't pay immediately you will receive a notification that your item has sold. When paid you will get another notification which says that the buyer has paid and provides their address for posting.

Yes, from eBay.

Except when a buyer requests an invoice for BIN items - then you only receive the request, not the sold emails, although you do receive payment emails for those items (1 for every item on the invoice, not 1 combined one).
