Is anyone else having problems applying the postage rate tables to a listing?

I've had rate tables up for a while, and have had them working very nicely. I felt like a bit of a pro in this area.

This morning I made a mistake, and accidentally pointed them to a free postage service that I have set up in the business policies, whilst I was cleaning up, and sadly deleted the old business policies that they were sitting on.

The problem now is, whilst they exist, I seem unable to switch them back on in the listing. It just keeps asking me for the postage business policy, and you can't seem to pick to override it with the rate table.

It's switched on that I accept the rate tables, as I've had them working before.

Ebay help not very helpful. Does anyone have any ideas?

The only thing I can think of to try is opting out of business policies (you can opt back in after if you get everything set up the way you want again).
