topic Problems with overly cropped photos still! in Selling

I am baffled and severely annoyed by this ongoing problem! About half of my photos are SO cropped, you can't even see what they are in the list view, and you have to actually go into the listing and click on the pictures to see them properly. Not that many people would bother doing that if the initial listing pic is indeciferable.

What's also frustrating is the apparent inconsistency. This link shows the listing view of two skirts. One is ok (grey one), one is too cropped (coloured one), although at least you can still see it.

https://imgur.com/a/HOzHnpe

When I go into the proper pictures for each of them (link below), they are the same size, same distance away, same camera position, almost the same angle...so why is the grey skirt pic ok but the floral coloured one not!?!?

https://imgur.com/a/yVV6LaY

What is actually causing this cropping issue!?

Thank you so much! I know someone else around here said to them, my photos looked really cropped.

This is just an example of how I see some of my items that have this problem. See the listing pics on the left vs the full pics on the right.

https://imgur.com/a/dffzaG5

I only looked at the first 2 pages (you have a lot of stock, and I am inherently lazy, LOL) but the images look great to me.

If you have another id (buying or posting id) log in on that and check out your items, and have you got your screen res set correctly?

Oh, I just used Imgur to show the screenshotted photos compared side by side. That's exactly how they look on my screen.

My screen res hasn't changed, ever! And some listings are fine! Baffled! lol
