JMO but you have impeccable feedback apart from that neg & I'm sure the majority of people would have no problem in buying from you.

You have also left excellent followup to the negative.

To close your account because of one neg is way over the top reaction.

Really think you should settle down with a cuppa & a choccy & think about it.

Not such a good look with ebay rant on your listings. If you are considering staying around I would remove it before your listings are reported. If not - I don't suppose it matters.

Do you really have more than one of those lace tops for sale?

One of eBay's other rules is that an account can't be closed until at least 90 days have passed from the last transaction. I think that will probably give you enough time to think about whether you want the impact of that negative to include the closing of you otherwise successful trading. (And yes, best to remove that line about closing your account - you can't do it now anyway, it's irrelevant to potential buyers and will probably turn them away, not to mention reportable. The last thing you want is a neg and policy violations).

I know negs don't feel all that flash, more so if you think it's unjustified and eBay won't remove it, but the policies are there for a reason and sometimes they cause consequences for the wrong people. How drastic those consequences are, though, depend on you - like the others have said, if all your other sales and buyers have been great, there's no need to end it all so dramatically. 😉

You are taking this way too personal and you don't need to. As "Foxette" said you have provided an excellent follow-up reply. You have plenty of positives which outweigh this one negative feedback. Buyers aren't stupid they can read between the lines and one negative isn't going to ruin you. The only person who is going to ruin it for you – is yourself and the way you are thinking and behaving. Remember there are plenty of other sellers out there who have dozens of negatives and still continue to sell, they just get on with it and move on. I agree, no one wants a negative and who is ever happy about it, no one! But if you know you have done the best you can and have done nothing wrong, that’s all that matters, it is not a reflection on you personally, its just a case that you can’t please everyone and it doesn’t mean that the buyer’s comment is right. You really need to take some time and rethink your decision.

And I have to agree with the other posters, you need to remove that comment in your listing, it really does make you look bad!

And.....after looking at your feedback again this time closely, you have left many sellers negative feedback and/or expressed how dissatisfied you were with an item. Your comments whether true/false or whatever the case maybe, you have opted to exercise your right to do so. Remember buyers who purchase from you have the same right. It works both ways!

I see you've removed the supposed rant against eBay on the listing that I checked, so that's a good move. If you took the choccy and cuppa advice, it seems to be working.

Your feedback is fantastic and buyer's have confidence in you. Don't let one (or even two or three) negative comments ruin your eBay experience. Just try to do the right thing and let the chips fall where they lay.
