Hi all having trouble printing labels.Message reads "problem coul not generate label"

Contacted Ebay they suggested it was an Aust post problem. any body else had problems?

I don't use eBay labels, as sending more than ONE parcel per week gets me better discounts with MyPost Business.

I generated labels through MPB early this afternoon without any issues, so I suspect eBay is telling untruths.

As an aside, I think eBay labels for AP will soon be a thing of the past. I got an email from eBay yesterday spruiking MPB as a postage solution.

If eBay do get out of the postage service business, that could open up a can or worms - the reason they got their FVF on postage through was that they provided a postage service.

are you using Aust Post labels? If you got as far as saving label, it should be okay.

Sometimes it falls over, but is okay again in a short while.

Clear cache and restart pc normally works.
