Why is it taking so long for me to see payment?

How do I know what method a buyer has paid me with? PayPal payments used to show up straight away. It has been 24hrs and I can't see payment in PayPal or bank account.

You will not see the money in paypal.

You must post when you get the ebay email:

Great news – your item sold. Here's your next step.

Quick handling times can make a difference to your seller Feedback. eBay recommends sending items within X days, the handling option you selected in your listing.

Thanks! Has something changed? I used to wait for PayPal advice. Are payments going straight to bank account now? Ugh I don't feel very secure about it.

Managed payments mean that ebay is now the "bank" - (or really Ayden, but just go with me here)

So when the buyer pays, you will see the payment in "payments"

Paypal is no longer involved.

If ebay tells you to post, you must do so. The money will be transferred to your account in a few days, but you must not wait for it.

Can you see the money in your ebay payments?

If you are signed up to Managed Payments, eBay/Adyen process the payment and deposit to your nominated account.

As curra said, your payment and its status will be under the 'Payment' tab.

As I suggested in your other thread, try reading some of the many threads about MP. This information has been posted many times already.

I have recently started selling again and have sold a few things but the money takes weeks to get to bank account. I have started writing down things as some of the past sales have vanished from view and if it takes so long getting paid I might forget what I sold. They could potentially not pay and you wouldn't know
