    <description>&lt;P&gt;No, you can only have one global item condition, so you couldn;t have a mix of new &amp;amp; used for example.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it's different grades of the same item and they can all be described as "used" (one of eBay's basic options), then I would have the grades as part of the variation in the dropdown menu, plus assign individual photos of each variation so people can see what they'd be buying with each option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Item 1 - Fair&lt;BR /&gt;Item 2 - Very Good&lt;BR /&gt;Item 3 - As new&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure you clarify how you are grading them in the actual description part, too.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, if I have a listing with variations, can I set it up so that the item description will change depending on the variable the buyer selects (e.g. for used products with different conditions)? Or is this not possible and you can only have the one item description for the whole listing? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
