Item Does Not Show Up

I told a friend that she should try selling on Ebay, She has listed her item twice now, the first time for 10 days, No one could see it let along find it, If I did a search under seller name it came up with nothing for sale. The second time has 2 days left, She has contacted Ebay several times and they do not get back to her, I have contacted them several times my self and they say this is normal and will be fixed with in a few hours to a day, The auction was a 10 day auction, 2 days left still not fixed, Again I explain this to Ebay and they give the exact same answer It is called indexing and will be fixed with in a few hours or maybe a day.

Hello Does anyone else get bad treatment from staff that either couldnt be bothered to read your message or just ignore you all together?

What type of item is it and what sort of history has your friend got of selling similar items.

Also unless you are listing it on your id of course ebay can give nothing but a generic, catch all answer. Tell your friend to ring ebay through the contact link on their id and find out what the problem is.
