Using eBay help

I am amazed that a company as large as eBay has such little care for its sellers.

I have had occasion to use the help facility on eBay and on every occasion it has been a disaster.

It is bad enough to have so many errors to deal with but then to reach out and eventually get no help'

The agents are polite but poorly trained and lacking in knowledge.

Not good enough to set up new systems and have dedicated people to help with issues who actually cant resolve the issue.

Been with eBay a few years but patience being tested now.

I think most people find they get better help in the forums that from customer service.

I reckon that most of the CS people are not necessarily sellers themselves, they're just trained at a most basic level and they're only employed as they can be paid minuscule wages in their respective countries which improves the company bottom line.

If you have a current issue you're dealing with, you should post it on the forums and see if our collective seller wisdom can assist.

try this, i found a way to speak to ebay by phone

so in you ebay account click on HELP (its at the very top) a page will open, then type in MANAGED PAYMENTS another page will open with a list of options then Click on the first option that reads" Introducing managed payments on ebay " and another page will open up , once this page opens scroll all the way to the very bottom of the page - At the very bottom on the right CLICK ON " HAVE US CALL YOU " and ebay will ring you and you will speak to a Human Being and not a Puppet
