Paypal is getting ridiculous with the release of funds to my bank account , Ebay should cancel paypal from payment method or get a different payment platform .

I did kind of wonder of that was a tongue in cheek post, considering the flood of complaints, issues etc about Managed Payments

An infrequent seller will have a 21 day hold on their funds with Paypal.

I read of horrendous wait times with Managed Payments for such sellers.

Yes, I know, that's partly what I mean

21 days is too long so swap it to something else, and the something else is far longer
