not happy with the new eBay format. Waiting for payment is a joke, I’m wasting too much time trying to keep track of my sales and fees. This is ridiculous! I got my statement and it was up to June 15, oh yes BUT what about the items sold since, I’m still waiting for my money. eBay are deducting from my bank $11.51 for a postage label of $9.15. Tilly don’t have documentation showing what my fee was. Well it’s over $2.35 are they joking??????

I don't use eBay labels as dealing directly with AP is cheaper and more reliable.

I doubt eBay are charging you $11.51 for a label; more likely that is the total charge for the transaction.

In Seller Hub, Payments will give you every transaction and the fees appertaining thereto. Unless you're selling hundreds of items a week, it doesn't take much time to work out what fees you've been charged.

Much less time than posting on the boards where nobody can change things.
