Small satchel missing…

Hi,

feeling frustrated that the drop down postage option menu (for selling), rarely includes the small Aus post satchel option ($9.30)…only medium, large & ex large! Occasionally I see it, but mostly it’s just not there. The majority of my items fit into the small bag. Help?

In listing, I can see the satchel:

Australia Post Standard Box/Satchel (2 to 6 business days)

is this what you mean?

As all your items are free post (so you're not relying on specified postage services for calculated rates), I'd just use the Aus Post "standard parcel" option for everything.

I don't think any buyers would take issue if a listing says "Australia Post Standard Parcel" and it arrives in a small satchel, at any rate.
