I just want to ask, that this situation happen to you, I'm selling a Air Jordan 4 oreo,, it was yesterday 17 of August it been bought and paid , today the 18 I will send it in the afternoon,,but before lunch time I received a message from ebay Authenticator the t hat jordan 4 didn't pass the authentication,, they say its FAKE..they refund the buyer and they tell it to the buyer,.. HOW IT HAPPEN??..THE SHOES STILL IN MY POSSESION,I HAVENT SEND IT YET TO THE AUTHENTICATOR, and the shoes I'm selling is from JD SPORT,I just won it on their raffle..what happening EBAY,,,

Not sure what is going on there, but better the shoes are still in your possession, rather than a scam buyer opening a case against you after getting the shoes and claiming they are counterfeit, as you will lose the case.

thanks mate,. authenticator send me a message earlier/lucky I haven't send shoes yet , i usually send the shoes after work ,then I received a notification saying the shoes have been received and fail the authentication.. how it happen ? a buyer bought night time 17 of august, it was yesterday.. and I will send it today 18 of august ,. then I received the message before lunch,, I'm just asking what shoes they received, what shoes they inspect for authentication, what shoes have been fail and asses it was fake, its not my shoes,, my shoes,, I still got it, , I haven't send it yet.. i send message to EBAY SUPPORT STAFF they told me they will investigate it,. I thought they will fixed it,, what they do? they removed that listing,, which is not acceptable, stating it was against the counterfeit policy, it was a big mistake,.... why?.. I'm not happy what they doing now..i need ebay help,, not like this,.

I have a store and 6 experts working in my store and I sell highend items like chanel lv gucci etc

Also I sell lower end shoes like Nike asics etc

It's funny I sold a Nike shoes from the lower end and eBay wanted to authenticate the shoes. It was unusual situation to authenticate low end shoes. Anyway I sent it with the original tax invoice receipt from On the run store. They didn't pass it. They contacted my buyer and told him it's not authentic. It's absurd and now I believe ebay authenticity team must be removed

Oldest trick in the book, buy a legit pair of anything, get a original tax invoice, than onsell a fake pair to a Pawn shop using the original tax invoice. Surely you have heard of this one before.
