Warning about using eBay Sendle express 250g satchel

Don't use Sendle 250g satchel. I know most of courier is bad, that's why I only use Australian post. However since eBay offer free express post for eBay plus member for order as low as $2.50. It kind push me to use Sendle 250g express satchel as an only affordable option.

I don't send many with Sendle, I have already lost 3 parcels. After many emails with Sendle, I finally got reply from Sendle about the lost parcels: "because this was booked under eBay's 250g service, I'm afraid that we are unable to provide Sendle Cover. This is outlined in our Sendle Cover and Extra Cover Policy outline ."

Well, it means: bad luck, it is not covered, we take your money for your postage paid, and goods goes to charity somewhere...

Should eBay be some kind of responsible for partnership with this kind of service?

No,ebay aren't responsible for your choice.

Yes it's tempting to save a few bob and go with sendle,but at what cost to your selling reputation if the parcel doesn't arrive.

I'd rather pay for Australia post and get a better service.

Ebay should take responsibility too.
